Maurel et Prom ainsi que TotalEnergies EP Gabon enregistrent des baisses significatives de leurs valeurs boursi\u00e8res, chutant respectivement de 15,40% \u00e0 4,15 euros et de 13,51% \u00e0 160 euros.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette r\u00e9action fait suite \u00e0 un coup d\u2019\u00c9tat survenu au Gabon au cours de la nuit. Les deux entreprises ont une forte exposition \u00e0 ce pays. Un groupe d\u2019officiers de l\u2019arm\u00e9e gabonaise a revendiqu\u00e9 la prise du pouvoir, entra\u00eenant la dissolution des institutions et la fermeture des fronti\u00e8res. Ce renversement de situation survient peu apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce de la victoire d\u2019Ali Bongo Ondimba lors de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle.<\/p>\n\n\n

Pour rappel, selon des informations internes, TotalEnergies EP Gabon aurait enregistr\u00e9 un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net de 13,5 milliards de FCFA au cours du premier trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023, \u00e9quivalant \u00e0 environ 22 millions de dollars. Cette performance repr\u00e9sente une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation par rapport aux 21 millions de dollars enregistr\u00e9s en 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant la p\u00e9riode examin\u00e9e, le chiffre d\u2019affaires se serait chiffr\u00e9 \u00e0 64,3 milliards de FCFA, soit environ 105 millions de dollars, marquant une diminution de 44 % par rapport aux 188 millions de dollars du premier trimestre 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n

Cette contreperformance serait attribu\u00e9e principalement \u00e0 la baisse du prix moyen de vente du p\u00e9trole brut de qualit\u00e9 commercialis\u00e9e, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la diminution des volumes vendus, en raison d\u2019un programme d\u2019enl\u00e8vement moins favorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
