Le Togo s\u2019active pour l\u2019op\u00e9rationnalisation d\u2019un Institut de formation pour le d\u00e9veloppement en alternance (Ifad) d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables. Une nouvelle \u00e9tape vient d\u2019\u00eatre franchie dans le processus de mise en \u0153uvre de ce projet ambitieux.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de m\u00e9tiers a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement remis au Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’Agence \u00e9ducation d\u00e9veloppement (AED), Damnipi Noupoukou, le mercredi 16 ao\u00fbt dernier, \u00e0 l’Ifad B\u00e2timent \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, par la Synergie des acteurs de l’\u00e9nergie renouvelable (Saer), en pr\u00e9sence du Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil national du patronat (Cnp), Laurent Tam\u00e9gnon, Laurent Tam\u00e9gnon.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ce document con\u00e7u par la Saer, un conglom\u00e9rat d\u2019une trentaine d\u2019entit\u00e9s, est le fruit de la collaboration fructueuse entre les Ifad et le secteur priv\u00e9 repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le Cnp mais aussi avec les professionnels des diff\u00e9rents secteurs  dans le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9tape cruciale de l\u2019\u00e9laboration des modules de formations au sein du futur Ifad, est bien franchie, note le pr\u00e9sident de la Saer, Yao K.  Azoumah. Selon lui, \u00ab il s’agit d’un processus depuis l’analyse des m\u00e9tiers et comment mettre en branle ces m\u00e9tiers par diff\u00e9rentes phases, des activit\u00e9s en passant par les t\u00e2ches et les op\u00e9rations sp\u00e9cifiques pour atteindre ses objectifs en termes de comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 conf\u00e9rer aux apprenants qui seront issus des IFAD. C’est l’essentiel du document qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 et remis officiellement ce matin \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab La formation qui y sera<\/em> dispens\u00e9e sera en ad\u00e9quation avec les besoins du monde du travail \u00bb<\/em>, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du Cnp, Larent Tam\u00e9gnon.<\/p>\n\n\n

Cette nouvelle \u00e9tape franchie, indique le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de L\u2019Aed, Noupokou Dammipi, qui s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du processus de cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019Ifad, donne aux professionnels du m\u00e9tier d\u2019avoir une vision claire de la formation \u00e0 dispense, notamment \u00ab <\/em>la liste des m\u00e9tiers, des activit\u00e9s, des op\u00e9rations, des t\u00e2ches qu’ils souhaitent voir accomplir par les jeunes qu’ils vont recruter \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
