Apr\u00e8s les op\u00e9rations d\u2019enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9lecteurs et le traitement de donn\u00e9es, place d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 l\u2019affichage des listes \u00e9lectorales provisoires, ouvrant ainsi la voie au contentieux \u00e9lectoral.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 en date du 17 juillet 2023, la Commission \u00e9lectorale nationale ind\u00e9pendante (Ceni), informe les pr\u00e9sidents des Commissions \u00e9lectorales locales ind\u00e9pendantes (Celi) que <em>\u00ab les<\/em>&nbsp;<em>listes \u00e9lectorales provisoires seront<\/em> <em>affich\u00e9es dans tous les Centres de recensement et de vote (CRV, NDLR) \u00e0 compter du jeudi 20 juillet 2023&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"212\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-1024x212.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7035\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-1024x212.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-300x62.jpg 300w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-768x159.jpg 768w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-1536x318.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG-20230514-WA00962.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019organe charg\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation et de la supervisions des \u00e9lections au Togo (Ceni), poursuit qu\u2019une fois ces listes affich\u00e9es, les populations ont, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l\u2019article 55 du Code \u00e9lectoral, 48 heures pour effectuer tous les recours n\u00e9cessaires, notamment aupr\u00e8s des juges charg\u00e9s du contentieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, la Ceni invite les populations \u00e0 se rendre dans les diff\u00e9rents Centre de recensement et de vote (Crv) afin de constater leur inscription effective sur les listes provisoires.
