Le ministre de la Justice, Ismaila Madior Fall, avait affirm\u00e9 que l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de la d\u00e9cision de justice contre Ousmane Sonko n\u00e9cessite le respect de certaines proc\u00e9dures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon lui, c\u2019est au parquet qu\u2019incombe la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de la d\u00e9cision de justice. Toutefois, pour que le parquet puisse proc\u00e9der \u00e0 son ex\u00e9cution, il faut que la d\u00e9cision elle-m\u00eame soit disponible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Ce que nous avons re\u00e7u au tribunal est un extrait du jugement, mais selon le proc\u00e8s-verbal, les juges doivent r\u00e9diger la d\u00e9cision.
