Une mani\u00e8re pour le gouvernement de se d\u00e9gager une marge de man\u0153uvre budg\u00e9taire en vue de la mobilisation d\u2019autres financements.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ministre des Travaux publics, Mme Zour\u00e9hatou Kassah-Traor\u00e9 et le pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Africa50, Alian Ebobisse, ont paraph\u00e9, hier lundi 03 juillet, \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture du forum \u2018Intra for Africa\u2019 qui se tient \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, un accord de recyclage des actifs, pour la route Lom\u00e9-Kpalim\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"212\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-4-1024x212.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6709\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-4-1024x212.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-4-300x62.jpg 300w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-4-768x159.jpg 768w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-4-1536x318.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/IMG-20230514-WA00962-4.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet accord qui marque une nouvelle entente entre les secteurs priv\u00e9 et public, devra permettre \u00e0 l\u2019Etat togolais de c\u00e9der l\u2019exploitation mais aussi l\u2019entretien et les d\u00e9veloppements futurs de cette infrastructure routi\u00e8re longue de 120 km. Et qui de plus que la plateforme Africa50 pour s\u2019en occuper, ceci gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un partenariat que ladite plateforme devra nouer en vue de la gestion de cet ouvrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cet accord, il faut le souligner, le Togo se donne ainsi une marge de man\u0153uvre budg\u00e9taire, en vue de la&nbsp; mobilisation d\u2019autres financements, en lib\u00e9rant ainsi de tout ou partie de la dette contract\u00e9e lors de la construction de cette infrastructure routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette solution<em> &nbsp;<\/em>innovante, est salu\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sident de la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (Bad) et pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration d\u2019Africa50, Akinwumi Adesina.
