Un d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9sidentiel paru dans le Journal officiel alg\u00e9rien, modifie l\u2019hymne national de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie, Kassaman (\u00ab\u00a0Nous jurons\u00a0\u00bb), \u00e9crit depuis 1955 et adopt\u00e9 en 1963. <\/p>\n\n\n

En effet, deux phrases, notamment \u00ab \u00f4<\/em> France ! Voici venu le jour o\u00f9 il te faut rendre des comptes !\u00bb, <\/em>qui, selon les analystes, modifient les circonstances dans desquelles l’hymne de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie. Et de pr\u00e9ciser que cet hymne devrait \u00eatre jou\u00e9 en version abr\u00e9g\u00e9e ou dans sa version int\u00e9grale de cinq couplets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est justement cet ajout, un passage \u2018\u2019anti-fran\u00e7ais\u2019\u2019, relance la pol\u00e9mique dans l\u2019opinion fran\u00e7aise au point de faire les choux gr\u00e2ces du Parlement fran\u00e7ais qui n\u2019en finit pas de demander des comptes au gouvernement de la France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les parlementaires, \u00ab ces mots sont remplies de haine (\u2026) \u00bb<\/em> envers la France, officialis\u00e9 par d\u00e9cret par le Pr\u00e9sident Abdelmadjid Tebboune, alors qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient prononc\u00e9s que lors des congr\u00e8s du FLN<\/em> (Front de lib\u00e9ration nationale, officiellement Parti Front de lib\u00e9ration nationale, un parti politique alg\u00e9rien fond\u00e9 en 1954, au pouvoir de 1962 \u00e0 1992 et depuis 1999, ndlr), est un d\u00e9saveu  pour le pr\u00e9sident Macron qui pr\u00e9tendait vouloir donner un nouvel \u00e9lan \u00e0 la relation entre la France et l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie \u00bb<\/em>, note le Parlement fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas le premier camouflet, le pr\u00e9sident alg\u00e9rien \u00e9tait attendu en France, il a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 se rendre en Russie pour renforcer son partenariat avec ce pays qui menace la stabilit\u00e9 du monde. Combien de vexations subies avec la reculade sur les visas et l\u2019ing\u00e9rence dans nos \u00e9lections (\u2026) \u00bb<\/em>, a relev\u00e9 une parlementaire fran\u00e7aise, qui note \u00ab un affaiblissement diplomatique et un m\u00e9pris de la France \u00e0 cause de ce choix de nous tourner vers l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie au d\u00e9triment de nos alli\u00e9s marocains \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab(\u2026) Cette d\u00e9cision du pr\u00e9sident alg\u00e9rien<\/em>, n\u2019est pas anodine, mais calcul\u00e9e, qui d\u00e9signe la France comme ennemie, est inacceptable \u00bb,<\/em> a martel\u00e9 la parlementaire, avant d\u2019inviter la France \u00ab \u00e0 avoir une r\u00e9action \u00e0 la hauteur de l\u2019indignation \u00bb. <\/em>Elle va plus loin pour proposer des \u00ab mesures fortes telles que l\u2019abrogation (\u2026) de 1968 qui facilite l\u2019migration alg\u00e9rienne en France \u00bb.<\/em> Il faut \u00ab tout simplement reprendre le contr\u00f4le et donner \u00e0 notre pays tout le respect qu\u2019il m\u00e9rite \u00bb<\/em>, a-t-elle conclu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon des indiscr\u00e9tions, ce couplet qui r\u00e9tablit \u00ab l’heure des comptes a sonn\u00e9 \u00bb<\/em> entre, notamment l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et la France, d\u00e9signerait le moment id\u00e9al pour couper le cordon ombilical avec la France. Ceci signifierait ne plus avoir la France comme partenaire commercial privil\u00e9gier\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
