Le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil, Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9, participe, d\u00e8s ce 31 ao\u00fbt 2026, au 26\u00e8me sommet de l’OCS \u00e0 Bichkek. Plac\u00e9 sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab 25 ans de l\u2019OCS : ensemble pour une paix durable, le d\u00e9veloppement et la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00bb, ce rendez-vous de haut niveau, rassemble les dirigeants d\u2019Eurasie. Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9 y prend part pour faire entendre la voix du Togo et du continent africain.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00c9gypte, le Togo figure parmi les deux seuls pays africains invit\u00e9s \u00e0 cette rencontre de haut niveau, qui entend contribuer aux \u00e9changes sur les grands enjeux de la gouvernance mondiale. Ce positionnement t\u00e9moigne de la reconnaissance internationale accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la diplomatie togolaise et \u00e0 son engagement en faveur du multilat\u00e9ralisme et du Sud Global.<\/p>\n\n\n

Au menu de ce sommet mondial, plusieurs th\u00e9matiques majeures, portant sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et stabilit\u00e9 via la lutte contre le terrorisme, l’extr\u00e9misme violent et la cybercriminalit\u00e9 ; l\u2019\u00e9conomie et finance \u00e0 travers le d\u00e9veloppement de la connectivit\u00e9, infrastructures et mise en place d’une architecture financi\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante ; et les enjeux r\u00e9gionaux via des expos\u00e9 sur la situation s\u00e9curitaire et humanitaire en Afrique de l’Ouest par le Togo, en qu\u00eate de solutions durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une diplomatie togolaise tourn\u00e9e vers l’Eurasie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette participation du Togo \u00e0 ce rendez-vous eurasien, s’inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie de diversification des alliances du pays de Faure Gnassingb\u00e9, qui entretient d\u00e9j\u00e0 d’\u00e9troits partenariats avec des puissances cl\u00e9s comme la Chine, la Russie et l’Inde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle ouvre \u00e9galement la voie \u00e0 un rapprochement entre l’OCS et l’Union africaine (UA) autour d’int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9conomiques et s\u00e9curitaires partag\u00e9s. Une nouvelle dynamique fond\u00e9e sur le dialogue et la promotion des int\u00e9r\u00eats communs entre les pays d\u2019Asie et d\u2019Afrique partageant les valeurs et les id\u00e9aux de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n
