Le Togo confirme une fois de plus la solidit\u00e9 de sa signature sur le march\u00e9 des titres publics de la zone UMOA. Lors de sa derni\u00e8re sortie financi\u00e8re, \u00e0 la recherche de 20 milliards de francs CFA, le Tr\u00e9sor public togolais a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 ses objectifs initiaux en r\u00e9coltant 22 milliards de FCFA.<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette op\u00e9ration financi\u00e8re, orchestr\u00e9e par l\u2019agence Umoa-Titres pour le compte du Tr\u00e9sor public togolais, a rencontr\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s retentissant aupr\u00e8s des investisseurs. L’appel d’offres a suscit\u00e9 des soumissions globales atteignant 100 milliards de FCFA, soit un taux de couverture impressionnant de 500 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 cette forte sursouscription, l’\u00c9tat togolais a choisi de retenir 22 milliards de FCFA via des Obligations Assimilables du Tr\u00e9sor (OAT) r\u00e9parties sur deux maturit\u00e9s distinctes de 3 et 5 ans \u00e0 des taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats respectifs de 6,15 % et 6,35 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette sursouscription record traduit la confiance continue des acteurs financiers r\u00e9gionaux envers la gestion macro\u00e9conomique et la solvabilit\u00e9 du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons que cette nouvelle lev\u00e9e de fonds s\u2019inscrit directement dans la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019ex\u00e9cution de la loi de finances pour l’exercice 2026, dont le budget global est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 \u00e0 2.751 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n\n\n

Avec cette transaction, le Togo porte \u00e0 285 milliards de FCFA le cumul de ses emprunts r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 financier r\u00e9gional depuis le d\u00e9but de l’ann\u00e9e. Le pays a ainsi d\u00e9j\u00e0 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 61,6 % de son programme annuel d’\u00e9mission, fix\u00e9 \u00e0 463 milliards de FCFA pour l’ensemble de l’exercice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
