{"id":32486,"date":"2026-07-29T18:23:47","date_gmt":"2026-07-29T18:23:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/macite.tg\/?p=32486"},"modified":"2026-07-29T18:23:47","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T18:23:47","slug":"integration-juridique-africaine-lengagement-exemplaire-du-togo-salue-par-lohada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/macite.tg\/?p=32486","title":{"rendered":"INTEGRATION JURIDIQUE AFRICAINE : L\u2019engagement exemplaire du Togo salu\u00e9 par l\u2019OHADA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 Lom\u00e9 dans le cadre de la 61\u00e8me session du Conseil des ministres de l\u2019OHADA, une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de haut niveau de l\u2019Organisation pour l\u2019harmonisation en Afrique du droit des affaires (OHADA), a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ue en audience, le mardi 28 juillet dernier, par le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil et pr\u00e9sident en exercice de la Conf\u00e9rence des chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat et de gouvernement de l\u2019OHADA, Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au menu des \u00e9changes entre le Pr\u00e9sident Faure Gnassingb\u00e9 et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation conduite par le Secr\u00e9taire permanent de l\u2019organisation, le Professeur Mayatta Ndiaye Mbaye, plusieurs sujets \u00e0 savoir&nbsp;: l\u2019\u00e9valuation des r\u00e9formes destin\u00e9es \u00e0 moderniser le droit des affaires et \u00e0 garantir une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique et judiciaire renforc\u00e9e au sein de l&rsquo;espace communautaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Secr\u00e9taire permanent a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat togolais un bilan d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des travaux en cours. Et dans ce sens, l\u2019officiel a relev\u00e9 trois axes majeurs tels que le respect rigoureux des obligations communautaires par la R\u00e9publique togolaise, le soutien personnel de Faure Gnassingb\u00e9 \u00e0 la vision d\u2019une int\u00e9gration juridique et \u00e9conomique r\u00e9ussie, et l\u2019accompagnement strat\u00e9gique du Togo pour moderniser la gouvernance et accro\u00eetre l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 institutionnelle de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que pr\u00e9sident en exercice, le Togo joue un r\u00f4le moteur pour orienter les r\u00e9formes qui profitent directement aux entreprises et acteurs \u00e9conomiques de toute la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1993, l\u2019OHADA, organisation intergouvernementale, s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9e comme un mod\u00e8le unique d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration juridique \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle internationale. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces efforts d&rsquo;harmonisation que l&rsquo;espace l\u2019OHADA continue de renforcer la confiance des investisseurs nationaux et
