Le dynamisme \u00e9conomique du Togo s\u00e9duit \u00e0 nouveau les investisseurs de la sous-r\u00e9gion. Le Tr\u00e9sor public togolais a boucl\u00e9, vendredi 12 juin dernier, une nouvelle op\u00e9ration hautement r\u00e9ussie sur le march\u00e9 financier r\u00e9gional de l\u2019Union mon\u00e9taire ouest-africaine (UMOA), d\u00e9passant ses objectifs initiaux.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En qu\u00eate de 35 milliards francs CFA pour soutenir ses projets de d\u00e9veloppement, le Tr\u00e9sor public togolais a vu les propositions des investisseurs affluer. L’enveloppe globale mise sur la table par le march\u00e9 a atteint le montant impressionnant de 89,4 milliards FCFA, soit un taux de couverture exceptionnel de 255,45 %.<\/p>\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 cet engouement, le Tr\u00e9sor public a finalement retenu 38,5 milliards FCFA, une performance qui t\u00e9moigne de la solide confiance des acteurs financiers dans la signature souveraine du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans les d\u00e9tails, l’op\u00e9ration s’est appuy\u00e9e sur des Obligations Assimilables du Tr\u00e9sor (OAT) avec des maturit\u00e9s \u00e0 moyen et long terme, r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es sur des maturit\u00e9s de 3, 5 et 7 ans, \u00e0 des taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat respectifs de 6,15 %, 6,35 % et 6,50 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons que le choix de diversifier les maturit\u00e9s (3, 5 et 7 ans) permet \u00e0 l’\u00c9tat togolais de lisser le remboursement de sa dette tout en s’adaptant aux diff\u00e9rents profils d’investisseurs du march\u00e9 de l’UMOA.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ce nouveau succ\u00e8s vient gonfler les compteurs, car \u00e0 ce jour, le montant total des fonds lev\u00e9s par le Togo s’\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 181,5 milliards FCFA. Le pays a ainsi d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 39,2 % de son objectif annuel, qui est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 463 milliards FCFA pour l’exercice en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
