Mari\u00e9e depuis 2025, N. A., jeune femme port\u00e9e disparue le 9 avril dernier, a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e apr\u00e8s plusieurs jours d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude. Son p\u00e8re, M. A., avait multipli\u00e9 les appels \u00e0 t\u00e9moins sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, notamment sur TikTok, pour tenter de localiser sa fille.<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019affaire a pris une tournure inattendue devant le tribunal de grande instance de la ville o^ils r\u00e9sidaient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019audience, la jeune femme aurait quitt\u00e9 volontairement le domicile conjugal pour rejoindre son ancien compagnon, B. D., \u00e0 Touba. Elle lui aurait confi\u00e9 ne plus vouloir poursuivre sa vie avec son \u00e9poux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour \u00e9viter toute suspicion, B. D. l\u2019aurait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme sa s\u0153ur \u00e0 son entourage professionnel et lui aurait trouv\u00e9 un emploi de domestique afin de dissimuler leur relation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retrouv\u00e9e trois jours apr\u00e8s sa disparition gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un signalement, N. Amar avait initialement affirm\u00e9 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d\u2019attouchements et d\u2019une tentative de viol. Ces accusations avaient conduit \u00e0 l\u2019arrestation de B. Diagne par la gendarmerie de Ndindy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 la barre, le pr\u00e9venu a reconnu avoir h\u00e9berg\u00e9 son ex-compagne, tout en niant toute contrainte, affirmant que la relation \u00e9tait consentie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019audience a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un moment de forte tension \u00e9motionnelle lorsque le p\u00e8re de la jeune femme, visiblement boulevers\u00e9, a publiquement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 renier sa fille, estimant que son honneur avait \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint. Il a demand\u00e9 l\u2019application stricte de la loi \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des deux protagonistes.<\/p>\n\n\n

Au terme des d\u00e9bats, le tribunal a finalement relax\u00e9 B. D. au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du doute, tout en le recadrant fermement sur son comportement. Le magistrat a par ailleurs conseill\u00e9 \u00e0 la jeune femme de patienter avant d\u2019envisager une r\u00e9conciliation familiale, le temps que les tensions s\u2019apaisent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
