L\u2019ex\u00e9cutif, en conseil des ministres du 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril dernier, a adopt\u00e9 deux projets de lois autorisant l\u2019adh\u00e9sion du Togo \u00e0 deux nouveaux instruments juridiques mondiaux.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit, en effet, de la Convention relative \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 civile en mati\u00e8re de dommages nucl\u00e9aires, adopt\u00e9e \u00e0 Vienne, le 21 mai 1963, et la Convention sur la s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire, adopt\u00e9e toujours \u00e0 Vienne le 17 juin 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"851\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/OTR_Ferer-pour-batir-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/OTR_Ferer-pour-batir-1-1.jpg 851w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/OTR_Ferer-pour-batir-1-1-300x111.jpg 300w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/OTR_Ferer-pour-batir-1-1-768x284.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 851px) 100vw, 851px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces deux instruments juridiques sont d\u2019une importance capitale, en mati\u00e8re nucl\u00e9aire. La premi\u00e8re vise instaurer un r\u00e9gime harmonis\u00e9 de responsabilit\u00e9 civile applicable aux dommages nucl\u00e9aires, avec des obligations, des garanties financi\u00e8res, et des r\u00e8gles d\u2019indemnisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le second texte vise \u00e0 \u00e9tablir et maintenir un haut&nbsp;\u00e9lev\u00e9 de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire, notamment au niveau mondial, de sorte \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les populations et l\u2019environnement contre les rayonnements ionisants, tout en gardant un \u0153il sur la pr\u00e9vention des accidents dans les installations nucl\u00e9aires civiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notons que les ann\u00e9es 2020, le Togo qui s\u2019est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une loi sur l\u2019utilisation pacifique du nucl\u00e9aire.
