Une mesure annonc\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sident Xi Jinping lors du sommet de l\u2019Union africaine en \u00c9thiopie. Seule exception: l\u2019Eswatini, qui reconna\u00eet Ta\u00efwan. Une exclusion qui rappelle la guerre d\u2019influence entre P\u00e9kin et Taipei<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Chine est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le premier partenaire commercial de l\u2019Afrique. Depuis des ann\u00e9es, elle applique des droits de douane nuls pour 33 pays africains. D\u00e9sormais, cette exemption s\u2019\u00e9tendra \u00e0 presque tout le continent. P\u00e9kin, qui consid\u00e8re l\u2019\u00eele comme une province rebelle, l\u2019exclut donc de cet avantage commercial. Une pression de plus sur les rares alli\u00e9s de Taipei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa vaste initiative <em>\u00ab\u00a0Belt and Road\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> la Chine finance des projets colossaux en Afrique. Une strat\u00e9gie qui contraste avec le repli des \u00c9tats-Unis, apr\u00e8s les tarifs douaniers impos\u00e9s par Donald Trump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 2018, les droits de douane am\u00e9ricains ont pouss\u00e9 de nombreux pays africains \u00e0 se tourner vers d\u2019autres partenaires. La Chine en profite pour renforcer son influence, combinant aides \u00e9conomiques et pression diplomatique.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"509\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/OTR_Payez-la-TVM-simple-et-pratique.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28715\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/OTR_Payez-la-TVM-simple-et-pratique.jpg 509w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/OTR_Payez-la-TVM-simple-et-pratique-212x300.jpg 212w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 509px) 100vw, 509px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec cette mesure, la Chine confirme son statut de partenaire incontournable pour l\u2019Afrique.
