Son parcours exemplaire illustre une parfaite synergie entre l\u2019excellence intellectuelle et le service public.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enseignant-chercheur en histoire et philosophie, il est titulaire de deux Doctorats obtenus \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris 10 \u2013 Nanterre et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure de Fontenay-Saint-Cloud, en France. Ses travaux de recherche portent principalement sur la philosophie des Sto\u00efciens et de Spinoza, domaines dans lesquels il a apport\u00e9 une contribution acad\u00e9mique notable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Homme d\u2019\u00c9tat engag\u00e9, Monsieur Isaac Tchiakp\u00e9 occupe une place de choix au sein de la classe politique togolaise.
