Dans le cadre de la promotion de la gestion apais\u00e9e, concert\u00e9e et r\u00e9glement\u00e9e de la transhumance sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire national, le minist\u00e8re des Ressources halieutiques, animales et de la r\u00e9glementation de la transhumance vient de mettre en service un num\u00e9ro vert : le 8424.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette ligne sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, gratuite sur tous les r\u00e9seaux mobiles (Yas-Togo et Moov Africa-Togo), est d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux communaut\u00e9s agropastorales mais aussi \u00e0 tous les citoyens, se veut, en outre, de faciliter l\u2019orientation des usagers, la diffusion d\u2019informations utiles et l\u2019assistance aux populations confront\u00e9es aux d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transhumance.<\/p>\n\n\n

Dans cet \u00e9lan, le ministre d\u2019Etat en charge de la transhumance, Gal Yark Damehame invite les populations \u00ab \u00e0 faire un usage responsable de ce canal de communication dans un esprit de paix, de civisme et de solidarit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

Rappelons que dans le cadre d\u2019une transhumance apais\u00e9e, l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif avait mis en place des Comit\u00e9s intercommunautaires, dans l\u2019optique de renforcer le dialogue entre les deux parties (\u00e9leveurs et agriculteurs). L\u2019id\u00e9e premi\u00e8re est, en effet, de pr\u00e9venir, par le dialogue, les conflits et garantir ainsi une cohabitation harmonieuse entre les diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
