Dans un communiqu\u00e9 en date du 10 juillet 2025, l\u2019Office Togolais des Recettes (OTR) informe les transporteurs que les contr\u00f4les relatifs au paiement de la Taxe Professionnelle Unique (TPU), commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e \u00ab Trimestre \u00bb, vont d\u00e9marrer le 1er<\/sup> ao\u00fbt prochain.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les contr\u00f4les du paiement de la TPU, pour le compte du second trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025, vont d\u00e9buter le 1er<\/sup> ao\u00fbt prochain, sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire national. L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par l\u2019OTR via un communiqu\u00e9, qui pr\u00e9cise que les transporteurs devront se conformer aux dispositions en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n

Commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e \u201ctrimestre<\/em>\u201d, la perception de cette taxe \u00ab se poursuit au titre du 2\u00e8me trimestre 2025, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l\u2019article 57 du Livre des proc\u00e9dures fiscales<\/em> \u00bb, informe l\u2019Office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons que cette taxe se calcule sur une base forfaitairement d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et sur le chiffre d’affaires estim\u00e9 par l’administration fiscale.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rappelons qu\u2019il existe une grille tarifaire qui prend compte du poids \u00e9conomique de chaque cat\u00e9gorie de v\u00e9hicule, notamment le nombre de places et le tonnage afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans le paiement de la TPU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
