Entre 10 et 11 millions de dollars de fonds auraient pu ainsi \u00eatre blanchis.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame si l\u2019enqu\u00eate pour <em>\u00ab&nbsp;bien mal acquis&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> est d\u00e9sormais close, la famille de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident du Gabon, Ali Bongo Ondimba,&nbsp;continue \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 des proc\u00e9dures judiciaires. La fille a\u00een\u00e9e d\u2019Omar bongo Ondimba, Pascaline Bongo a \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9e en janvier dernier dans une affaire de corruption et de blanchiment d\u2019argent qui date de 2009, a appris l\u2019AFP le 11&nbsp;juin aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une source proche du dossier. Elle porte sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une organisation \u00e0 Hong Kong dont la justice soup\u00e7onne que Pascaline Bongo se cache derri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les enqu\u00eateurs soup\u00e7onnent la structure hongkongaise d\u2019avoir per\u00e7u des fonds d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 chinoise. Ces fonds auraient ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9s vers les comptes personnels aux \u00c9tats-Unis de la s\u0153ur de l\u2019ex chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, ou bien vers ceux de ses proches ou d\u2019autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, explique la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais pour son avocate, Me Corinne Dreyfus-Schmidt, cette inculpation, qu\u2019elle compte contester, est <em>\u00ab&nbsp;encore l\u2019expression d\u2019un certain acharnement dans un dossier bancal, lacunaire et pour des faits dont on ne conna\u00eet m\u00eame pas la date ni les contours&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u2019avocat de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e9galement inculp\u00e9 pour blanchiment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s une autre source proche du dossier, l\u2019avocat de l\u2019\u00c9tat du Gabon&nbsp;de l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 Pascaline Bongo \u00e9tait directrice du cabinet de son p\u00e8re puis, apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9c\u00e8s, <em>\u00ab&nbsp;haut repr\u00e9sentant&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> de son fr\u00e8re, a lui aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9 dans cette affaire, \u00e9galement pour blanchiment et corruption passive par un agent public \u00e9tranger. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 relax\u00e9e en 2024 par le tribunal correctionnel de Paris au terme d\u2019un proc\u00e8s o\u00f9 elle comparaissait pour corruption passive d\u2019agent public \u00e9tranger au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2010 au Gabon.
