Les d\u00e9fenseurs du pr\u00e9venu d\u00e9noncent un complot politique.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au Tchad, si les relations entre Succ\u00e8s Masra et Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by Itno&nbsp;ressemblent \u00e0 des montagnes russes, les autorit\u00e9s semblent d\u00e9sormais claires dans leur position offensive vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019opposant, quand bien m\u00eame celui-ci est devenu Premier ministre bien apr\u00e8s les faits qu\u2019on lui reproche. Les accusateurs du fondateur des Transformateurs assurent que toutes les \u00e9tapes d\u2019une justice sereine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9es&nbsp;: interpellation, audition, pr\u00e9sentation au parquet, ouverture d\u2019une information judiciaire et mise sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"851\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/OTR_Ferer-pour-batir-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22093\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/OTR_Ferer-pour-batir-1-1.jpg 851w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/OTR_Ferer-pour-batir-1-1-300x111.jpg 300w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/OTR_Ferer-pour-batir-1-1-768x284.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 851px) 100vw, 851px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais pour les avocats du pr\u00e9venu, leur client est victime d\u2019un <em>\u00ab&nbsp;complot pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en amont&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em> Ils tentent de pr\u00e9senter le proc\u00e8s comme <em>\u00ab&nbsp;totalement politique&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em> Une qualification qui a fait s\u2019impliquer dans le dossier des sp\u00e9cialistes internationaux&nbsp;: les Fran\u00e7ais William Bourdon \u2013 qui a travaill\u00e9 pour la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale des ligues des droits humains et qui est intervenu dans des dossiers africains, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019encontre du Tchadien Hiss\u00e8ne Habr\u00e9&nbsp;\u2013 et Vincent Brengarth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Saisie du groupe de travail de l\u2019ONU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce collectif d\u2019avocats \u00e9trangers entendait intervenir, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des d\u00e9fenseurs locaux, dans le futur proc\u00e8s contre Succ\u00e8s Masra. Mais le gouvernement tchadien a tenu \u00e0 rappeler que cette proc\u00e9dure judiciaire relevait <em>\u00ab&nbsp;exclusivement de la souverainet\u00e9 nationale&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/em> qu\u2019elle ne saurait \u00eatre instrumentalis\u00e9e par des acteurs ext\u00e9rieurs et qu\u2019aucune <em>\u00ab&nbsp;ing\u00e9rence \u00e9trang\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> ne saurait \u00eatre autoris\u00e9e. Et de conclure que la justice tchadienne <em>\u00ab&nbsp;suit son cours conform\u00e9ment aux lois en vigueur&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"690\" height=\"170\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/OTR_TVM-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22300\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/OTR_TVM-2.jpg 690w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/OTR_TVM-2-300x74.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9non\u00e7ant un <em>\u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9ploiement impressionnant\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> de forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lors de l\u2019audience de placement sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t, de nature \u00e0 constituer une pression sur les magistrats, les avocats de Masra entendent employer tout levier international qui pourrait ne pas \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9. Toujours selon l\u2019argument que le proc\u00e8s serait <em>\u00ab\u00a0politique\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> les avocats fran\u00e7ais assurent avoir saisi le groupe de travail de l\u2019ONU sur la d\u00e9tention arbitraire et le Commissaire aux droits humains du Conseil de l\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De la primature \u00e0 la prison<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le gouvernement, il ne s\u2019agit pas de b\u00e2illonner une voix critique, mais de faire \u00ab&nbsp;toute la lumi\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante, sans pression ni interf\u00e9rence&nbsp;\u00bb, sur la mort d\u2019au moins 42 civils, le 14&nbsp;mai, lors d\u2019affrontements \u00e0 Mandakao. Ils consid\u00e8rent \u00e9galement que les accords de Kinshasa, sign\u00e9 en 2024, devraient valoir amnistie.
