Le nouveau chef de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif togolais, Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9, a officiellement \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 dans ses nouvelles fonctions hier samedi 03 mai, \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie solennelle de prestation devant la Cour Constitutionnelle, saisie \u00e0 cet effet par le Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s sa d\u00e9signation comme Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil, Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9, est pass\u00e9 devant les membres de la Cour constitutionnelle, ceci conform\u00e9ment aux prescriptions de la Loi Fondamentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie solennelle, le nouveau Chef de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n

\u00ab Devant Dieu et devant le peuple togolais, seul d\u00e9tenteur de la souverainet\u00e9 nationale, Nous, Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9, Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u00e9sign\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux lois de la R\u00e9publique, jurons solennellement :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– de respecter et de d\u00e9fendre la Constitution que la R\u00e9publique togolaise s\u2019est librement donn\u00e9e ;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– de remplir loyalement et fid\u00e8lement notre mission de serviteur du peuple ;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– de nous engager \u00e0 consacrer toutes nos forces \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense de la patrie, de son int\u00e9grit\u00e9 territoriale et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de nos valeurs fondamentales ;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019issue de cette prestation de serment, les forces de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS) ont fait all\u00e9geance au Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la tradition r\u00e9publicaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie consacre ainsi l\u2019entr\u00e9e en fonction du Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil. Elle marque le d\u00e9but d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la marche d\u00e9mocratique du Togo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
