Les efforts pour pr\u00e9server la paix et la qui\u00e9tude entre les populations (agricoles) et les bouviers, se poursuivent, dans le cadre d\u2019une transhumance apais\u00e9e. En effet, le ministre d\u2019Etat, ministre des ressources halieutiques, animales et de la r\u00e9glementation de la transhumance, Yark Damehame, a mis en place le mardi 18 mars dernier \u00e0 Vogan, un Comit\u00e9 intercommunautaire de concertation pour une transhumance apais\u00e9e.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mise en place de cet organe a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible au cours d\u2019une rencontre pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le ministre d\u2019Etat. C\u2019\u00e9tait en pr\u00e9sence des autorit\u00e9s locales, des forces de l\u2019ordre, des chefs traditionnels mais aussi et surtout les repr\u00e9sentants des communaut\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9leveurs et d\u2019agriculteurs de diff\u00e9rents milieux.<\/p>\n\n\n

Plac\u00e9 sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 des chefs de canton, cet organe se veut un cadre de dialogue permanent entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs impliqu\u00e9s, dans l\u2019optique de pr\u00e9server la paix et pr\u00e9venir les conflits li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transhumance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon l\u2019officiel, cet organe a pour objectif de d\u00e9samorcer les conflits li\u00e9s aux d\u00e9placements du b\u00e9tail, ceci en encourageant la concertation, et une cohabitation harmonieuse entre \u00e9leveurs et agriculteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n

Tout en rappelant les l\u2019importance du respect des r\u00e8gles \u00e9tablies et le respect mutuel, le ministre d\u2019Etat a invit\u00e9 les uns et les autres \u00e0 \u00e9viter l\u2019affrontement et maintenir allum\u00e9 le flambeau de la cohabitation pacifique. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, sensibilis\u00e9s sur les bonnes pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
