Voici \u00e0 quoi doivent s\u2019en tenir les Togolais\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les trois prochains mois (septembre, octobre et novembre 2024) seront marqu\u00e9s par des pr\u00e9cipitations particuli\u00e8rement abondantes dans les r\u00e9gions des Plateaux et Maritime.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"625\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/OTR_Arnaque.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16002\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/OTR_Arnaque.jpg 500w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/OTR_Arnaque-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, selon l\u2019Anamet, la petite saison sera caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une pluviom\u00e9trie exc\u00e9dentaire \u00e0 tendance normale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette situation est li\u00e9e aux effets pervers des changements climatiques observ\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e au Togo et dans la sous-r\u00e9gion, notamment la remont\u00e9 des eaux froides marines \u00e0 la surface emp\u00eachant l\u2019\u00e9vaporation, qui devrait provoquer des formations nuageuses favorisant la pluie&nbsp;; l\u2019anticipation de la mousson constat\u00e9e en juin&nbsp;; et le manque de v\u00e9g\u00e9tation d\u00fb la d\u00e9forestation, a expliqu\u00e9 Latifou Issaou, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Anamet.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG-20240313-WA0013-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16071\" width=\"890\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG-20240313-WA0013-1.jpg 690w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG-20240313-WA0013-1-300x74.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 890px) 100vw, 890px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon ces pr\u00e9visions, ces conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, favorables \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture, comportent n\u00e9anmoins des risques d&rsquo;inondations dans plusieurs zones, notamment les bassins versants du Lac Togo, du Mono et de l&rsquo;Ou\u00e9m\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En guise de conseils, le Directeur de l\u2019Anamet invite les <em>\u00ab<\/em>&nbsp;<em>populations doivent \u00e9viter l\u2019occupation anarchique des zones inondables, en particulier, dans les agglom\u00e9rations urbaines et bassins, et veiller \u00e0 la gestion rationnelle des ressources en eau, pour assurer les besoins des barrages hydro-\u00e9lectriques et des am\u00e9nagements hydro-agricoles<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"509\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Depreciation-jusquau-31-Dec.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15974\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Depreciation-jusquau-31-Dec.jpg 509w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Depreciation-jusquau-31-Dec-212x300.jpg 212w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 509px) 100vw, 509px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u2019agissant des producteurs, ils sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 anticiper sur la pr\u00e9paration des sols et semer d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res pluies utiles.
