Depuis hier, notre cher tr\u00e8s bien aim\u00e9, pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Togolaise, a lanc\u00e9 la nouvelle des dix mesures devant faire le contrepoids de la vie ch\u00e8re, fait le tour en boucle des m\u00e9dias et r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Qui pour saluer la mesure qui pour remercier la clairvoyance l\u00e9gendaire de Faurevi Vaudoua. Et pourtant\u2026c\u2019est en fait une \u2018\u2019bonne mauvaise\u2019\u2019 nouvelle koi\u00a0!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, la bonne nouvelle qui a fait sauter de joie une frange des Togolais, les \u2018\u00e9lus\u2019\u2019, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les fonctionnaires, les anciens fonctionnaires, et les corps habill\u00e9s et d\u00e9shabill\u00e9s (les retrait\u00e9s koi). Toi et moi du priv\u00e9-l\u00e0, savons que nous sommes exclus d\u2019office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au moins, les attentes des d\u00e9cennies durant des fonctionnaires, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises en compte. Le salaire va augmenter non grandir. En plus ils auront une prime de transport, une suspension du remboursement du 13\u00e8 mois, il y aura de l\u2019argent pour eux pour acheter les manuels scolaires pour leurs nombreux enfants,\u2026une s\u00e9rie de mesures qui font soupirer, enfin, cette frange de Togolais.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mais au fait, les mauvaises langues ne cachent pas leur sourire en coin car, cette augmentation de salaire, entre autre, est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 une augmentation de probl\u00e8mes koi. D\u2019ailleurs, \u00e0 l\u2019annonce de la \u2018\u2019bonne mauvaise\u2019\u2019 nouvelle, les bailleurs, cr\u00e9anciers et autres gourous de ces fonctionnaires ont bien redress\u00e9 leurs oreilles. \u00ab Enfin, ces gens-l\u00e0 pourront nous payer nos dus. Avec toutes ces primes et surtout l\u2019augmentation de salaire, ils ont int\u00e9r\u00eat !\u00bb,<\/em> s\u2019exclament-ils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, c\u2019est une autre file d\u2019attente de satisfaction des besoins, qui s\u2019allonge. En effet, femmes, enfants, et autres maitresses, copines, deuxi\u00e8me, troisi\u00e8me bureaux, attendent tous de voire leur cagnotte augmenter tout comme les salaires. Depuis hier donc, des altercations ont m\u00eame commenc\u00e9 dans certains foyers dans la capitale, en attendant de faire effet boule de neige dans les autres milieux. Comme on le dit souvent, tout part de la capitale\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et dans tout ceci, les acteurs du secteur priv\u00e9, ont la main au menton car, cette annonce qui ne les concerne pas directement, aura des r\u00e9percutions dont ils seront les premi\u00e8res victimes. Les bonnes dames des march\u00e9s et les chauffeurs des transports urbains et inter urbains, pour ne citer que ceux-l\u00e0, nous attendent tous au courbon, pardon au tournant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hahaa, c\u2019est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 augmentation de salaires rime avec augmentation de probl\u00e8mes quoi. Et puis, si le pr\u00e9sident avait fait une annonce l\u00e0 de fa\u00e7on silencieuse ? C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire faire appliquer ces mesures \u00e0 la source, sans crier dans les haut-parleurs koi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
