D\u2019ici \u00e0 2030 il compte tenir cet engagement en fournissant de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de qualit\u00e9 aux citoyens.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand on conna\u00eet l\u2019importance de l\u2019\u00e9nergie dans le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un pays, on peut en d\u00e9duire que l\u2019ambition que nourrissent les autorit\u00e9s qui se sont engag\u00e9es \u00e0 moderniser le Togo est plus que l\u00e9gitime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aux diff\u00e9rentes initiatives \u00e0 l\u2019instar de la strat\u00e9gie nationale d\u2019\u00e9lectrification ax\u00e9e sur un mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique avec le projet \u00abCh\u00e8que CIZO&nbsp;\u00bb lanc\u00e9e en mars 2019, s\u2019ajoute la cr\u00e9ation en novembre 2021du Fonds Tinga pour atteindre les objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce fonds facilite l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en offrant des subventions remboursables pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s universel aux r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectriques. Depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril dernier le m\u00e9canisme est entr\u00e9 dans sa phase op\u00e9rationnelle avec une phase pilote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ANNONCES-1-2-1024x426.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1264\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ANNONCES-1-2-1024x426.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ANNONCES-1-2-300x125.jpg 300w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ANNONCES-1-2-768x319.jpg 768w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ANNONCES-1-2.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il revient \u00e0 l\u2019Etat de mobiliser pour cette phase pilote pr\u00e9vue pour durer neuf mois trois (3) milliards de Fcfa. Sont concern\u00e9es les r\u00e9gions de la Kara et des Savanes. Les raccordements \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 toucheront environ trente-trois mille (33 000) m\u00e9nages contre le paiement d\u2019un montant initial de mille (1 000) FCFA au lieu d\u2019un co\u00fbt moyen de cent mille (100 000) FCFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fonction du revenu des m\u00e9nages b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, le reliquat des frais d\u2019acc\u00e8s est remboursable sur une p\u00e9riode allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dix (10) ans. Le m\u00e9canisme permettra de faire passer le taux d\u2019\u00e9lectrification de la r\u00e9gion des Savanes de 22 \u00e0 31% et celui de la Kara de 35 \u00e0 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le gouvernement dans sa vision \u0153uvre pour un d\u00e9veloppement inclusif, une \u00e9conomie profitable \u00e0 tous. Il va de soi que cette inclusion se renforce \u00e0 travers l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9 des populations \u00e0 un co\u00fbt abordable. L\u2019initiative soutient la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et permet l\u2019adoption massive de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire par les m\u00e9nages, surtout dans les zones rurales.
