{"id":14637,"date":"2024-05-21T18:46:29","date_gmt":"2024-05-21T18:46:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/macite.tg\/?p=14637"},"modified":"2024-05-21T18:46:37","modified_gmt":"2024-05-21T18:46:37","slug":"togo-nouvelle-constitution-voici-le-contenu-de-la-loi-fondamentale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/macite.tg\/?p=14637","title":{"rendered":"TOGO\/NOUVELLE CONSTITUTION : Voici le contenu de la Loi fondamentale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Promulgu\u00e9 le 06 mai dernier, le projet de la nouvelle Constitution togolaise, qui consacre le passage \u00e0 la V\u00e8me R\u00e9publique et \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime parlementaire, a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 au journal officiel ce 21 mai, le jour m\u00eame o\u00f9 la nouvelle Assembl\u00e9e nation tenait sa session inaugurale.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces d\u00e9put\u00e9s \u00e9lus le 29 avril dernier en m\u00eame temps que les premiers Conseillers r\u00e9gionaux que le pays connait depuis son accession \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 internationale, ont entam\u00e9 ce jour, la session inaugurale pour la nouvelle l\u00e9gislature.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IMG-20240313-WA0013.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14426\" width=\"840\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IMG-20240313-WA0013.jpg 690w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IMG-20240313-WA0013-300x74.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En attendant que ces d\u00e9put\u00e9s s\u2019organisent, \u00e0 l\u2019interne, pour \u00e9lire notamment le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil des ministres, qui revient d\u2019office au chef du parti majoritaire, Union pour la R\u00e9publique victorieuse des derni\u00e8res l\u00e9gislatives, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Faure Gnassingb\u00e9, reste-lui en poste jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9lection d\u2019un nouveau Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, selon le nouveau texte. Ce nouveau Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, rappelons -le, aura des charges honorifiques, telles d\u00e9cerner des m\u00e9dailles, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les lignes qui suivent l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du texte de la nouvelle Constitution publi\u00e9 ce jour au Journal Officiel\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\"
