Vot\u00e9e, le vendredi 19 avril 2024, en deuxi\u00e8me lecture par la presque totalit\u00e9 des d\u00e9put\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents lors de la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, la Loi num\u00e9ro 2024-005 portant r\u00e9vision de la Constitution togolaise a \u00e9t\u00e9 promulgu\u00e9e ce lundi 06 Mai 2024, par le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Faure Essozimna Gnassingb\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n

C\u2019est une nouvelle \u00e9tape qui s\u2019ouvre dans la vie institutionnelle du Togo et dans sa marche vers une d\u00e9mocratie plus renforc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fruit d\u2019une initiative parlementaire conduite conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions en vigueur, cette Loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichie par les contributions des forces vives de la nations, suites aux consultations men\u00e9es du 08 au 12 avril dernier, sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire national.<\/p>\n\n\n
