Le Togo poursuit activement la formulation de ses projets pour concr\u00e9tiser l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur du programme du millenium Challenge Corporation (Mcc). La Cellule de mise en \u0153uvre du Compact du Togo vient de recruter deux cabinets, notamment Kpmg et McKinsey pour la r\u00e9alisation des \u00e9tudes de faisabilit\u00e9 des projets.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligible depuis la fin 2022, le Togo se pr\u00e9pare activement pour mat\u00e9rialiser l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur du Programme Compact du Millenium Challenge Corporation (Mcc). La Cellule de Mise en \u0152uvre du Compact du Togo a recrut\u00e9 deux cabinets pour la r\u00e9alisation des \u00e9tudes de faisabilit\u00e9 des projets.<\/p>\n\n\n

Il s\u2019agit des cabinets Kpmg et McKinsey, deux cabinets reconnus sur le plan international, qui auront \u00e0 travailler sur les deux secteurs identifi\u00e9s dans le cadre du Programme, notamment l’\u00e9nergie et les technologies de l’information et de la communication (Tic).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le cabinet Kpmg aura pour mission de mener des \u00e9tudes li\u00e9es aux projets Tic sur une p\u00e9riode d\u2019un an. Sa filiale Kpmg Advisory s’occupera des \u00e9tudes de faisabilit\u00e9 sur la digitalisation des paiements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, McKinsey, expert dans divers domaines, va se charger des \u00e9tudes de faisabilit\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9veloppement d’un hub d’innovation sur une dur\u00e9e de six (06) mois. Les \u00e9tudes de faisabilit\u00e9 dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie seront confi\u00e9es \u00e0 Cpcs Transcom Limited, une structure bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Ottawa (Canada), et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la participation du secteur priv\u00e9 aux infrastructures de transport et d’\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n

Notons que le d\u00e9marrage du Programme Compact pr\u00e9vu pour janvier 2026, va permettre au Togo de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un important financement des \u00c9tats-Unis, en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 et de la pertinence des projets propos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
