Elle joue un r\u00f4le important dans le processus \u00e9lectoral car, elle juge de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations de vote, de l\u2019examen des recours \u00e9lectoraux, et de la validit\u00e9 d\u00e9finitive des r\u00e9sultats.
