Un juge a notamment d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00eatre \u00ab dans un mariage malheureux \u00bb<\/em> n\u2019\u00e9tait pas un motif de divorce.<\/p>\n\n\n

Tini Owens a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 en 2015 apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de m\u00e9sentente quotidienne. Elle se dit \u00ab mal aim\u00e9e, isol\u00e9e et seule \u00bb. <\/em>Le couple fait chambre \u00e0 part depuis des ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un juge a estim\u00e9 que les raisons de divorcer avanc\u00e9es par Tini Owens \u00e9taient des choses \u00ab pr\u00e9visibles \u00bb<\/em> dans un mariage. Il a conclu que M. Owens \u00e9tait \u00ab de la vieille \u00e9cole \u00bb<\/em> tandis qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait \u00ab plus sensible que la plupart des femmes \u00bb.<\/em> Mais que \u00e7a ne lui laissait pas pour autant le droit de s\u2019en aller.<\/p>\n\n\n
