Suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision du tribunal d\u2019instance de Dakar ordonnant la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration d\u2019Ousmane Sonko sur le fichier \u00e9lectoral, le pr\u00e9sident Ousmane Racine Thione re\u00e7oit des \u00e9loges pour son ind\u00e9pendance, apr\u00e8s le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal d\u2019instance de Ziguinchor, le juge Sabassy Faye.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident de la Cour d\u2019appel de Dakar, Ousmane Racine Thione, a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9 pour son impartialit\u00e9 dans l\u2019annonce de l\u2019audience annulant la radiation de Sonko du fichier \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n\n\n

Selon diverses r\u00e9actions, cette d\u00e9cision confirme l\u2019existence d\u2019un \u00c9tat de droit au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, mettant en avant une justice ind\u00e9pendante, d\u00e9nu\u00e9e d\u2019influences. Le porte-parole du gouvernement, Seydou Gueye, a soulign\u00e9 le m\u00e9rite des magistrats en tant que d\u00e9fenseurs de la R\u00e9publique form\u00e9s dans le respect des valeurs familiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les avocats d\u2019Ousmane Sonko, dont Me Bamba Ciss\u00e9, ont \u00e9galement exprim\u00e9 leur satisfaction quant \u00e0 cette d\u00e9cision. Le juge Ousmane Racine Thior entre ainsi dans l\u2019histoire en affirmant son ind\u00e9pendance, une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 salu\u00e9e par le candidat Cheikh Tidiane Di\u00e8ye, alli\u00e9 du leader de Pastef, ajoutant que l\u2019\u00c9tat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal a subi une d\u00e9faite.<\/p>\n\n\n

Pour rappel, le juge Thione \u00e9tait pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment pr\u00e9sident de la chambre \u00e0 la Cour d\u2019appel de Dakar et est devenu pr\u00e9sident du tribunal d\u2019instance hors classe de Dakar le 11 juillet dernier, suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la Magistrature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
