Le verdict du juge du Tribunal de Dakar est sans \u00e9quivoque. Le magistrat Ousmane Thior a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre le juge Sabassy Faye et a ordonn\u00e9 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration d\u2019Ousmane Sonko dans le fichier \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n\n\n

Une premi\u00e8re cons\u00e9quence de cette d\u00e9cision tr\u00e8s attendue du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Dakar et de l\u2019opinion internationale, est que le leader de l\u2019opposant pourra ainsi participer \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidentielle de f\u00e9vrier 2024 au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. La succession du pr\u00e9sident Macky Sall s\u2019annonce ainsi tr\u00e8s engag\u00e9e avec le retour dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne du leader du Pastef qui a de tout temps donner du fil \u00e0 retordre au pouvoir de Dakar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal de Dakar, qui rendait son d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 ce mercredi, a ordonn\u00e9 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration d\u2019Ousmane Sonko dans le fichier \u00e9lectoral. A l\u2019heure actuelle, donc, Ousmane Sonko peut \u00eatre candidat \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est donc une victoire d\u2019\u00e9tape pour Ousmane Sonko et ses avocats. L\u2019opposant ne dispose plus de peu de temps pour avoir ses parrainage en vue de pr\u00e9senter sa candidature comme lui et ses militants le d\u00e9siraient.<\/p>\n\n\n
