L41.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon Ndiaga Sylla interrog\u00e9 par les confr\u00e8res de L\u2019AS, le l\u00e9gislateur tient \u00e0 la protection du droit fondamental de suffrage garanti par les normes supranationales. Or, fait-il remarquer, l\u2019exploit d\u2019huissier mentionne clairement l\u2019absence de r\u00e9ception de la radiation par O. Sonko. Et le juge de Ziguinchor a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi en application de la th\u00e9orie de la connaissance acquise au moment du refus de d\u00e9livrer les fiches de parrainage, rel\u00e8ve M. Selon lui, il revient au juge de Dakar, en toute ind\u00e9pendance, de bien motiver sa d\u00e9cision, principalement sur la base des dispositions du code \u00e9lectoral.
