{"id":10944,"date":"2023-12-08T12:07:58","date_gmt":"2023-12-08T12:07:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/macite.tg\/?p=10944"},"modified":"2023-12-08T13:35:21","modified_gmt":"2023-12-08T13:35:21","slug":"__trashed-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/macite.tg\/?p=10944","title":{"rendered":"SANTE MENTALE : Vers une nouvelle approche syst\u00e9mique\u2026en mati\u00e8re de communication"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Handicap international (Hi), en collaboration avec Agence fran\u00e7aise de d\u00e9veloppement (Afd), a organis\u00e9, mercredi 06 d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, une session de formation \u00e0 l\u2019intention d\u2019une vingtaine d\u2019acteurs des m\u00e9dias, sur le type de communication appropri\u00e9e sur la question de la sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de la phase 2, du projet Touching Minds, Raisinng Dignity (Tmrd), Handicap international (Hi), en collaboration avec l\u2019Afd, organise dans les diff\u00e9rents pays sus mentionn\u00e9 des campagnes de sensibilisation dans l\u2019optique de parvenir <em>\u00ab&nbsp;am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re tangible les conditions de vie des personnes handicap\u00e9es et des populations vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 travers une approche inclusive et participative&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, a expliqu\u00e9 le coordinateur du projet Tmrd, Soudio Idrissa Coulibaly.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG-20231207-WA0035.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10961\" width=\"694\" height=\"521\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG-20231207-WA0035.jpg 1008w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG-20231207-WA0035-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG-20231207-WA0035-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 694px) 100vw, 694px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong><em>Photo de famille des participants \u00e0 la formation&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mercredi 06 d\u00e9cembre dernier, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019\u00e9tape du Togo, qui a r\u00e9uni une vingtaine d\u2019acteurs de m\u00e9dias autour de la th\u00e9matique de <em>\u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019orientation des m\u00e9dias sur le handicap psychosocial et la communication en sant\u00e9 mentale&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant une journ\u00e9e, les sp\u00e9cialistes de la psychiatrie et des questions en lien avec la sant\u00e9 mentale, ont, tour \u00e0 tour, \u00e9chang\u00e9 avec les participants sur le bien-fond\u00e9 d\u2019une nouvelle approche syst\u00e9mique sur la question de la sant\u00e9 mentale et vis-\u00e0-vis des personnes vivant avec un handicap psychosocial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le handicap se d\u00e9finissant comme <em>\u00ab&nbsp;une interaction entre les individus ayant des d\u00e9ficiences et les barri\u00e8res soci\u00e9tales qui entravent leur pleine et effective participation dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sur la base de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 avec les autres&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>. Le handicap est per\u00e7u donc comme <em>\u00ab&nbsp;le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019interaction avec l\u2019environnement non adapt\u00e9 ou non inclusif<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. Il peut donc affecter plusieurs aspects de la vie (mobilit\u00e9, vue, cognitif, communication, apprentissage, etc.), et peut \u00eatre temporaire ou d\u00e9finitif. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/ANNONCES-1-1024x426.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10689\" width=\"772\" height=\"321\" srcset=\"https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/ANNONCES-1-1024x426.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/ANNONCES-1-300x125.jpg 300w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/ANNONCES-1-768x319.jpg 768w, https:\/\/macite.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/ANNONCES-1.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 772px) 100vw, 772px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela suppose ainsi que la variation ou l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019environnement, notamment l\u2019\u00e9radication des barri\u00e8res cibl\u00e9es, influe consid\u00e9rablement sur le handicap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la Responsable r\u00e9gionale plaidoyer et communication-Tmdr, Mme Koudoh Ablavi Anastasie, le handicap psychosocial <em>\u00ab&nbsp;se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 des limitations dans la participation sociale et les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes d\u2019une personne, caus\u00e9es par des troubles mentaux ou des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce type de handicap peut ainsi prendre plusieurs formes, et se manifeste de plusieurs mani\u00e8res, allant des difficult\u00e9s dans les relations de la vie sociale, aux difficult\u00e9s professionnelles, les probl\u00e8mes de communication, l\u2019isolement social, \u2026 Cela a un impact sur le quotidien de la personne affect\u00e9e qui, aux yeux du commun des mortels, perd tous ses droits avec le corolaire de brimades et autres traitements inhumains et d\u00e9gradants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec ce projet Tmdr, il est question donc d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie de ces personnes affect\u00e9es et d\u2019\u0153uvrer \u00e0 lever la condamnation sociale des personnes affect\u00e9es, via des approches plus inclusives.
