Il y a quelques jours, les avocats d\u2019Ousmane Sonko faisaient face \u00e0 l\u2019Etat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal devant la Haute cour de justice de la CEDEAO.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les avocats du leader politique, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bout\u00e9s par les juges de la Cedeao, esp\u00e9raient la r\u00e9habilitation du parti Pastef, dissout par le gouvernement, et l\u2019inscription de Sonko dans le fichier \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mais selon le journal Les Echos, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, le m\u00e9dia, qui a consult\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision de la Cedeao, r\u00e9v\u00e8le que Ousmane Sonko et ses conseils avaient demand\u00e9 la somme de 1250,27 milliards Fcfa \u00e0 l\u2019Etat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s\u2019agit de 500 milliards de francs CFA \u00e0 titre de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats pour Sonko, 750 milliards en guise de r\u00e9paration pour le pr\u00e9judice mat\u00e9riel et moral caus\u00e9 au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du parti Pastef, 250 millions \u00e0 la famille du requ\u00e9rant et 20 millions pour le maire de Ziguinchor pour les frais de justice qu\u2019il a engag\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rentes affaires le concernant. Cette requ\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 malheureusement rejet\u00e9e par la Cedeao.<\/p>\n\n\n

Supposons, que la Cour avait donn\u00e9 un avis favorable, m\u00eame en r\u00e9duisant le montant de cette cagnotte r\u00e9clam\u00e9e, le leader du Pastef serait ainsi, un multimilliardaire sans avoir v\u00e9ritablement travaill\u00e9.
